Cancelation Policy

We require a 24 hour notice for all changes, cancellations or rescheduling. Not providing adequate notice in the event of a change, cancellation or a reschedule can result in a 50% charge of services and no rebooking. No shows will be charged 100% for all scheduled services. No shows and late cancellations affect our customers and our staff and cannot be accepted without accessing a penalty charge. By booking a service with your credit card information you accept this penalty and charges if properly accessed. FaceMobb By Dalounda, LLC is dedicated to providing a personal experience for our customers. We thank you in advance for understanding the importance of communicating during this process.

 

Shipping & Returns

To assure we provide a speedy yet valuable experience, all of our orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase with the exception of orders placed on Weekends and National Holidays. Orders placed on Weekends or National Holidays will be processed the following open business day.

 

Time in transit depends on the shipping method, please reference the above information provided for additional information. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Face Mobb By Dalounda LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final!  Other products from our collections may be eligible for exchange. In any event that you receive your order and it is defective please immediately send us any photos of your shipment packaging as well as the items that arrived damaged via email at Dalounda.maye1@gmail.com
