We require a 24 hour notice for all changes, cancellations, or rescheduling. Not providing adequate notice in the event of a change, cancellation, or a reschedule can result in a 50% charge of services and no rebooking. No shows will be charged 100% for all scheduled services. No shows and late cancellations effect our customers and our staff and cannot be accepted without accessing a penalty charge.
